Pine Forest Country Club Fitness Center offers professional Fitness Trainers to help you design a training program based on your specific health and fitness goals. No matter your fitness level, beginner to advanced, our Trainers will provide you the positive individualized instruction you will need for success!

Pine Forest Country Club Professional Trainers come from a variety of fitness backgrounds to include baseball, yoga, marathons, bodybuilding, pilates, martial arts and swimming.

Fitness Director

Tracy is a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and a Certified Personal Trainer through the Copper Institute. Tracy believes that a sound body includes a variety of exercises that strengthen the entire body while incorporative flexibility and balance. Tracy is patient, easy-going, but a goal driven Trainer who is devoted to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Tracy will design a health and wellness program for you that will fit into any schedule.

I have fond memories of my family and friends at PFCC while growing up. My mother and father, now deceased, were members of PFCC from the North Shepherd location through to its current location. I remember lovely Sunday afternoons with my family as we would drive out to PFCC after church to dine ... The many fun games of tennis with my siblings and friends and the cool Shirley Temples from the Grill which refreshed us from the heat ... I also remember attending engagement parties and wedding receptions that were beautifully decorated and last ... and last but not least, one of my favorite things to do was to drive my mom and dad around the golf course as they played 9 or 18 holes and then it was off to the Grill to enjoy a cold, delicious Pecan Ball. Man, were they good! (Do they still serve these?) PFCC afforded my family and I lots of fun and quality family time; thanks PFCC!
On a professional note, I have always enjoyed the fitness and health industry, which led me to my degree and certifications. I am a certified Pilates Instructor, a certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a graduate from Houston Baptist University, Go Huskies!

On a personal note, I am a native Houstonian. I have been married for twenty years. I love the beach and animals: cats, dogs, horses; they make such good friends! I look forward to teaching more classes at PFCC and hope that the classes that are now being offered on a trial basis will become permanent classes for Members to enjoy! I hope you’ll come to the Fitness Center and join one of the new classes so I can meet you!


Fitness Classes

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning Class is a fun way to burn calories, tone muscles and strengthen bones in a small group setting. A variety of equipment is used including; weights, stability balls, medicine balls, mats and steps. In addition, special attention will be paid to core strengthening.


Hatha yoga which emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing. These special positions of the body are designed to strengthen, purify and balance the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems.

Life Fit

Exercise that will keep you fit for your life! A variety of routines from: Body resistance training, to balancing, toning and stretching. Life Fit has something for everyone! Group Exercise Classes provide a great opportunity to meet new members and build lasting friendships! Life Fit, a class designed to help you enjoy life. 


Pilates is designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates yields numerous benefits, including increased lung capacity, improved circulation, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Posture, balance and core strength also improve, along with bone density and joint health.  Pilates is an ideal way to return to mind-body-spirit awareness and enjoy better health.   

Water Aerobics

Enjoy the therapeutic qualities of this cardio/toning and flexibility-enhancing workout in the water. (Seasonal)
